At VibrantLife™ Center, we are committed to bringing leading voices in somatic therapy and trauma-informed care to our community. This fall, we are honored to welcome Soleil Hepner, C-IAYT, a seasoned somatic therapist and educator with more than 20 years of direct clinical practice and over 40 years of professional experience across therapeutic, academic, and corporate settings.

Her work has guided therapists, teachers, and coaches worldwide to skillfully integrate the body into their practice—helping others cultivate deeper connection, safety, and lasting change.

About the Training

In therapy and healing work, contact occurs on many levels—energetic, verbal, proxemic, and physical. Each carries the potential to create safety and connection, or to disrupt it. Yet the skillful use of contact is rarely examined in depth as a therapeutic tool.

This experiential workshop invites you to directly explore the edges of contact and touch through consent and embodied dialogue. Through guided exercises, partnered practice, and reflective dialogue, you’ll experience these layers in your own body—and learn how to bring them responsibly and effectively into your work.

The focus: cultivating clarity, safety, and relational resonance—for yourself and the people you serve.

Learning Outcomes (CE Eligible)

  • Feel the edges of contact – Explore how energetic, proxemic, and safe physical contact shape connection and presence.

  • Move beyond “yes/no” consent – Practice attuned, embodied consent that strengthens trust and relational flow.

  • Tune into the nervous system – Track and regulate responses in yourself and others for greater safety and therapeutic impact.
